Alon Zadka of Lloyds Banking Group will participate in a fireside chat at Bank Innovation Israel.
Zadka is Senior Innovation Lead, at Lloyds, where he is responsible and accountable for end-to-end delivery of proof of concepts and pilots across the group’s different operations, brands and customer segments. He also leads a team charged with approaching strategic territories and identifying potential opportunities to build “minimum viable products and run experiments with customers and colleagues, with the aim of de-risking [the] investment roadmap, and coming up with new revenue streams for the group.”
Lloyds Banking Group is one of the world’s largest financial institutions. The company has a market capitalization of approximately $45.8 billion and assets of nearly $986 billion at the end of 2015. Lloyds has 25 million retail customers, 11 million online users, and 6 million mobile users.
One of the three core objectives at Lloyds is to “become simpler” by “investing in our digital capabilities.” The bank is in the process of “[transforming] our digital capability, providing customers with simpler, seamless interactions across online, mobile and branches, and improving the efficiency of products and services.”
Zadka, who has worked at Lloyds since 2013, joins speakers from Visa, Citibank, Bank Leumi, Propel Venture Partners, and Rabobank, among other companies.
